SKELETONS IN THE CLOSET
with Jelena Bekvalac and Robert Stephenson

Two dates available: Saturday 3rd October & Saturday 31st October

A guided tour of the City's forgotten burial grounds and a private view of the Museum of London's bone archive with Jelena Bekvalac and Robert Stephenson

Tickets £15 including a Hendrick's Gin Cocktail.

In the old City of London behind walls and beyond gateways lie many forgotten burial grounds. Historian and esoteric London guide ROBERT STEPHENSON will lead a select number of participants around some of the surprising and secret locations where the capital's dead still rest.
The walk will culminate in a very special visit to the MUSEUM OF LONDON'S BONE ARCHIVE, an astonishing collection of 17,000 skeletons spanning 16 centuries, to view the remains of a selection of dead Londoners. This private view will be guided by the Museum's curator of human osteology JELENA BEKVALAC. Jelena will describe how her forensic archaeological work uncovers the most extraordinary facts about life and death in the capital.
