THE LIBRARY THAT LENDS TELESCOPES

Our friends at Westminster Arts Reference Library have initiated an incredible new initiative: 'REACH FOR THE SKIES', where they lend out telescopes to the public. Yes you read that right, they actually lend out telescopes. And not car-boot sale, bashed up, tatty old ones but spanking new state of the art, computer controlled models:

"This project aims to provide a gateway to knowledge and inspiration and enhance astronomical understanding by giving people the opportunity to borrow telescopes and explore the night skies for themselves"
